The West African Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons Network (WARIPNET) is a coalition of West African non-governmental organizations (NGOs) active in protecting refugees, asylum seekers, and internally displaced persons in West Africa. The Network’s members work in various aspects of refugee protection. Some provide direct humanitarian assistance while others are grassroots political activists, human rights advocates, and lawyers. They have come together to create a common platform of action to promote and ensure refugee rights.
